LODFL Athletic Youth Development Program

The main goal of this program is to help children excel and succeed through sports, to become healthy, productive members of society. LODLF has partnered with two local athletic organizations, which reach out to children in lower income neighborhoods, to give kids a healthy and safe outlet.

The program will pay half the dues of every qualifying child, to encourage involvement in the organization as well as to promote health and well-being. The funds are distributed quarterly, and we keep in communication with the partner organizations, to monitor the participation of each family we are working with. We only pay half, so that the child and family are committed to putting in their portion, which includes a commitment to actively participate in the organization.

This cooperation help children, families and local organizations, to create and maintain relationships within our community, and all of this works toward the mission of LODLF: to make a difference in the New Mexico community by providing educational development and quality of life assistance.

We want to partner with community organizations who share the same vision and mission: to reach out to the youth of our community, to help shape and develop them into healthy, happy, and productive members of our New Mexico community.

If your organization is interested in working with us and be a part of the LODLF Athletic Youth Development Program, please contact us.

Currently, we have partnered with two organizations and we are sponsoring 21 kids. We hope to sponsor many more children in our community, to give the core values of health, discipline, commitment, and fellowship.
